All the information below is included on the registration form, which must be completed when enrolling your child at Future Performing Arts.

 

Notice to Quit Classes

Future Performing Arts requires half a term’s notice for the withdrawal of a student from any class.Notice must be provided in writing during the preceding term to avoid further charges.If the required notice is not received, the student’s place will remain chargeable and a new invoice may be issued.Verbal notice or informal messages will not be accepted as confirmation of withdrawal.Written notice should be submitted via the agreed communication method with Future Performing Arts.Invoices and Fees

 

Future Performing Arts offers weekly, monthly, and termly payment options. By enrolling your child, you agree to adhere to the payment terms outlined below.

Weekly invoices must be paid by Sunday of the relevant week.

Monthly invoices must be paid on the date agreed between the parent/guardian and Future Performing Arts.

Termly invoices must be paid within the first four weeks of the term.

All fees are payable regardless of attendance, including absence due to illness, holidays, or other commitments.Late or unpaid invoices may result in reminders being issued and, where necessary, suspension of classes until the account is brought fully up to date

 

Future Performing Arts reserves the right to review or amend fees and payment schedules, with reasonable notice provided.policy ensures continuity for staffing, class planning, and scheduling.These measures are in place to maintain a positive, professional, and informative communication environment.
