Social Media Terms And Conditions 

Future Performing Arts is committed to protecting the safety, privacy, and wellbeing of all students. The following Social Media Terms and Conditions apply to all parents, guardians, students, and audience members.

•Consent and Use of Images
Future Performing Arts will only use photographs and videos of students in accordance with the social media consent provided by parents or guardians. Consent preferences can be updated at any time in writing.

•Parent and Guardian Use of Media
Parents and guardians may take photographs or videos of their own child at shows, competitions, and events where permitted by the venue.

•Posting on Social Media
Any images or videos that include other students must not be uploaded to social media unless those children are fully covered, blurred, or otherwise not identifiable, and permission has been obtained where required.

•Online Conduct
Comments, captions, or posts that are abusive, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory towards students, parents, staff, Future Performing Arts, or other schools will not be tolerated.

•Tagging and Naming
Parents and guardians must not tag, name, or identify any child other than their own on social media platforms.

•Copyright and Branding
Choreography, routines, music edits, costumes, and branding remain the intellectual property of Future Performing Arts and must not be reproduced, shared, or distributed online without prior written consent.

•Breach of Policy
Failure to comply with these Social Media Terms and Conditions may result in removal of content being requested and, where necessary, further action being taken by Future Performing Arts, including review of a student’s participation.

 

 

Information and ConductThe Future Performing Arts WhatsApp group is used solely for general information and important updates.The group is intended for announcements relating to classes, events, schedules, and reminders.

Personal, confidential, or sensitive information will never be shared within the group and will always be communicated directly to parents or guardians.Parents and guardians must ensure all communication within the group remains respectful and appropriate.Abuse, offensive language, swearing, harassment, or racial or discriminatory remarks of any kind will not be tolerated.

The group must not be used to raise complaints, discuss individual matters, or challenge decisions. These should be addressed privately with Future Performing Arts.Future Performing Arts reserves the right to remove any member from the WhatsApp group who breaches these guidelines

 

 

Parents and guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, learning needs, or health concerns that may affect their child’s participation at Future Performing Arts.

All relevant medical information must be provided at the time of registration and kept up to date.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform Future Performing Arts in writing of any changes to their child’s medical condition.

Future Performing Arts will take reasonable steps to support students; however, we must be made aware of any conditions to ensure appropriate care and safety.Medication must not be administered by staff unless prior written consent and clear instructions have been provided.This information will be treated confidentially and used solely to support the safety and wellbeing of the child.

All staff and instructors are appropriately vetted, including enhanced DBS checks where required.

Team members receive safeguarding training and understand their responsibility to protect children.

We maintain clear procedures for reporting and responding to any safeguarding concerns.

We promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and open communication at all times.

We recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents, guardians, and relevant authorities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child.
